You have probably yourself been this way sometime in the past, or still are. A place where you believe in your own ethereal perfection, expecting many others to also just be “perfect”.

When the new year began, one of the major resolutions i had made was to be as much practicable as i could possibly be in considering reasons why folks do what they do sometimes, why men think sometimes way they do, why folks accept somethings and reject others. I came to a place in my life ( and i desire that you reading this would learn something from this) where i was kind off critical of stuff in general, talking about beliefs, strategy, perceptions, social and spiritual alignments. I saw more ‘bad’ than ‘good’ in many things about several different people. There is really nothing bad about being careful, and observing things to be ‘sure’, but where it happens only so you could vindicate yourself as the good one out, separate and different in terms of ‘the good’ and ‘the bad’, then you might want to consider checking your living values and principles of life. When i was critical, i felt it was the way to live, i know now that it was just bad.

Then the Lord began to show me somethings in the Word, powerful truths that make me see that, in reality, there should not be preachers or anything of the sort, folks that claim to be wise guardians, telling others how to live their lives against the backdrop of their personal ‘goodness’, ‘genuineness’ and ‘perfect nature’. Now at this point, you might begin to wonder what this guy is talking about, is he serious? is it wrong to have preachers, pastors, life guardians and all that?

Well, what i said i did because in the most practical sense, no man is flawless, faultless, ‘spotless’ or absolutely ‘clean’. Even the man that preaches about holiness, morality, immorality, corruption etc has his own ‘issues’ if you get what i am saying. Utter sinfulness is not just a reserve of some few evil men and woman. Every individual has got their own weaknesses, challenges, difficulties and pressures that most often define and shape their ‘works’, activities, physical engagements, why they do what they do way they do them.

Few days ago, i witnessed something on the main campus of the University of Ghana that more than surprised me. A young lady in her early twenties was allegedly caught having stolen a laptop and some other things belonging to students resident at a particular hostel. It is alleged by many that she is not a student, considering the fact that she wasn’t known among those leaving on that floor of the hostel building. The University however, is yet to confirm the truth or otherwise of the claims by the students. This lady was so molested and terribly manhandled by the male students that took matters into their own hands, refusing campus security agents access to the lady.

As i later watched a footage of the horrible scenes, i began to ask myself many questions – Why people think they are better than others is a question i can only ask God. No man is faultless, flawless or totally free of negativeness. The only thing that makes a difference is the free gift of Righteousness we Christians have received in Christ Jesus. Even then, we all can attest to the fact that, every now and then we think thoughts, say things, and do stuff that grossly contradict the determinations of God; actions and thoughts that are in direct contradiction to the Will and Want of the Lord of our weak Souls. We have however forgotten how everyday, every second we wrong God ourselves, and leaving our own issues unattended to, we go about projecting an image that is not real, an image of our ‘perfect’ selves. Many times, you would recall yourself thinking of, and judging others as very terrible people, while failing to take detailed stock of your reserve of actions and inactions that have failed to bring joy to hearts of many, statements you have made that implanted seeds of malice and bitterness in the eyes and souls of many others, actions that have caused others irrevocable losses, irreparable damages.

As i watched the video of this alleged ‘woman thief’, and how she was abused physical, sexually molested in line with a usual student shame-coating process sort of, directed at erasing her feminine dignity, i told myself, Hypocrisy is an Inherent quality of human souls, it’s in us all by nature. The world is suffering many terrible things today because some nations, peoples, languages, factions and social -setups have failed to see the hypocrisy with which they have handled their international relations and foreign policies with their neighbours. Governments say terrible things about others to gain international advantage. She received all manner of verbal assaults, physical tortures and sexual abuses. Others who would not be part directly of the gruesome molestation and other acts of sheer inhumanity, just stood by shouting and giving consent to the high evil perpetrated against this woman. (Romans 1:32)

This is not about trying to justify stealing or robberies or anything of the sort. No. The allegations of stealing may or may not be true, considering the fact that we actually live in a world of blackmails, where people frame others to gain the moral advantage. But even if she committed the act, was that why she had to be abused sexually, molested, physically tortured, her feminine elements degraded, her womanhood and pride mercilessly deflated down to the zero? Every individual qua individual has natural determinations that remain inviolable by any other person or group of persons, save of course, the embodiment of such groups, in this case the State, and higher than the State, God.

When was the last time you sat to consider general life issues and social questions like why people do what they do in a fallen world like what we live in? Have we thought about the many people on the streets who have to beg to survive because they were abandoned by some irresponsible people that got pregnant and gave birth when they were not ready? And have you considered the possibility of many robbers and criminals getting involved in whatever they might be in because they sought for love from society but got a stone-response? Selfishness has made wickedness a sort of normal trend in the daily affairs of earthmen these days. People live in horrible circumstances, suffering unimaginable, want and terrifying pain of the flesh and emotions, and nobody thinks about them. When after there is nothing left to do, they either consider suicide or survival by negative means. They may not be bad after all. They got where it’s bad to be because society gave no attention to their humanness. So, let’s stop shoving off people that come to us for help, you never know what those few minutes of listening attention you lend that person would positively accomplish. Let’s learn to understand why people do what they do, and when we are not happy about their actions, let’s think and consider ways we could help, not condemn or act in ways that bring to their human image and amplitude nothing but greater traducement, calumny, odium and anguish.

We shall be our own saviours if we learn to appreciate people, and rebuke evil and negativity by love, streamline disagreements by dialogue, and tolerate varying views on anything, however much we think such views might be false. Love is the solution to the World’s Problems!!

I had previously asked MTN users to contact me for their configurations, since that’s a bit more ‘technical’ than other Mobile Network Services.

This configuration has come as a result of my commitment to making hacking ideas available to as many as desire to have it. I believe there are many that would have had an interest in internet based computer usage, if not for the difficulties they face getting free and easy access to the Internet especially in this part of the world.

So Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you, on the very 1st day of this Glorious Year 2011, how to access the Internet for free using your modem or mobile phone.

First of all, for phone users, be sure you have configured your phone for Wap-Access through the GPRS Protocol. If you have, then you are ready to run on the data highway. If you haven’t just send the necessary code to Zain and receive GPRS settings, then follow the directions given to set up your phone.

1. Install a PC suite that can connect your phone to your PC. If you have already done this, then

If you have done this correctly, then go now and open Your-Freedom Client Software( you can download the software by clicking on this link if you already don’t have it installed : http://www.your-freedom.net/ems-dist/2010/yf-install_20100825-02.exe (you should have created an account on the registration page of Your-Freedom , cos you would use this later in your configurations. If you haven’t done so, click on this link and register, it’s free : http://www.your-freedom.net/index.php?id=170&L=0 ). After opening your client software, Ignore the Wizard window that pops up, and go directly and click on configure on the main Freedom client window. Select ‘Server Connection. In the Address line, type the following: ems19.your-freedom.de —— Where u see connection mode, change the HTTP to HTTPS. The Blank Port Number would automatically change to 443.

4. Now, ensure that the ‘Tweaks ‘ is ‘None’. Select the following options by ticking the boxes prefixing them : Automatically connect on startup, Reconnect after Server shutdown, Socks 4/5 DNS lookups on server, Enable Encryption. Leave all others blank.

5. Look on your right in that same window, and ensure that Default values for Minimum Buffer size – 1500, RTT –blank, keep alive interval – blank, Reconnection Delay – 5000, Initial POST size 10000000, Minimum POST size 20000, FTP mode – both, are all Correct.

6. Now click in Account Information, and type in the Username and Password of your Freedom Account…ie. The account opened in step 3.

7. You are now ready to rock. Click in Save and Exit, Click in Start Connection, and start browsing with your Phone or Modem.

Nevertheless among the chief rulers also many believed on him; but because of the Pharisees they did not confess him, lest they should be put out of the synagogue:For they loved the praise of men more than the praise of God.

Early in the morning today, i began to look closely at some of the very phenomenal statements made by Jesus in the Book of John. Just then, i came across a favourite scripture i have previously read many times. For a moment, i decided to meditate more deeply on it and see if i could glean some more revelation, and i thank God for showing me some more things i like to share with you.

The praise of men. This is a disease that has grown to form a solidified, negative fabric of hypocrisy in the Church of Jesus Christ. Today, it has become very easy to hear people confess they are believers in Christ, but not many resemble Christ. Many have so compromised with the world, you can’t tell the difference between them and members of demonic cults.

One very important thing everyone should know is that, anything you engage in and expect praise is founded on a worthless foundation of a selfish spirit and therefore rewardless within the cycles of Godly blessing. In Church today, many folks struggle to serve. There is nothing wrong with a divinely implanted desire to do some service in the Kingdom, but the motives do matter a lot. You will perhaps be amazed to discover that a very large percentage of people serving in the Ministry are doing so with the wrong motives – many of them seek the praise of men, they seek to be recognized by others.

The situation is so bad that, some would rather chose to remain in a state of spiritual mess, dabbling in witchcraft and other kinds of uncleanness, long as they would be recognized by church leadership as doing something, every other thing does not matter. I’m not in doubt about the great number of folks that serve the devil in darkness, and feign Christianity openly just so they can receive the selfish attention they have always sought for. These are the kinds that won’t study God’s word for themselves, but just so they can make a point in a cell meeting or whatever meeting. People don’t want to clean themselves up so the Spirit can dwell in them and produce God’s glory that would shape their character towards their commitment to Jesus Christ.

Many individuals, within the cycles of ministry, pay to get through to certain positions. There is nothing about Christ that really motivates them, just the self-promotion impulses and an evil desire to project their personalities instead of magnifying the God of Heaven. Perhaps they haven’t known that, anything done not based on love for God, with the energy of the Spirit, is virtually needless and unrewarding.

That’s just one side to the Rhema of the scripture above.

A Second Dimension, more devastating to the Faith and Body of Christ, is the lack of boldness and passion towards things that concern Jesus Christ. The chief priests also believed but they could not confess Jesus to get saved, because they FEARED they would be thrown out of the synagogue. In his book, “Life, Your Heritage”, i remember Bishop David Oyedepo say that if the devil ever will kill any person, he will first get them to fear what they are supposed to have dominion over. So true. Satan has always used fear to cage his unsuspecting victims, and on many occasions killed even believers because they feared what they didn’t understand. In the secret societies and cults, witchcraft covens, satanic conclaves, the same tool is used to keep members in continual bondage. How many times have you failed to make others know you are Christian, you believe in Jesus Christ and Him alone, even though you had the opportunity to? Tell me the reason was not because u feared. Maybe because of the people around, the environment, expected reactions of other human beings who are no more special than yourself.

Many times, we get the opportunity to shout the Name of Jesus so people can hear and see that indeed there are some very committed children of the King, but we fail to glorify Him. Let’s not forget what Jesus said in Matthew 10:33 “But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven”. If professing you Faith will cause you to lose your job, let it happen. Sometimes we hold on too tightly to worldly things that we can’t even glorify the Saviour of our souls, and give Him the honour due Him. But then again, i heard Jesus say in John 12:25 “He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal. Loving anything more than your Christ, you Deliverer, the source of your Life, is simply a call of personal destruction, the dark mistake of opening up doorways that will launch a devastating onslaught of wickedness in your life, unleashed by the forces of hell.

Then also, i realized the Bible says, the reason fear set in, for which reason the chief priests could not identify with Christ, was because they loved the voice of People than the Voice of God. Many times, Believers would compromise the truth of God’s Word because they can’t stand the isolation of ungodly companies. Let’s watch and not go for vain glories, but continually set our minds and hearts on only Him – JC, and do all things to glorify Him alone.

I cannot show you how to be successful unless you get to the Word of God, but i can show you the formula that leads to failure : try to please people. Don’t leave your entire life just to hear folks call you good names. Infact, people will never call you good unless you are like them..that’s the world. Armed robbers see themselves as brothers, until one is arrested and gives information implicating the rest of the members, then he becomes an enemy. So, in the world, they would call you good long as you are like them.

Let hypocrisy be completely rooted out of the Church and let true love and commitment to Jesus Christ dominate every Christian’s life and ministry. Let’s proclaim His goodness to the world everywhere…. He has saved us, washed and cleansed us in His own Blood, given us a Life over and above every thing called the devil. How can we say thanks to Him for everything when we wouldn’t as much mention His Name, sacrificing His glory on the stupid tenets of convenience.

Jesus is the Hope of Earth, and the Joy of Heaven, the only Reason for Life, and i would rather live to receive His praises and blessing, than settle for any kind of worldly recognition. Can you make this decision as well, even now? It pays, brethren, it pays to not seek praises from men, who might even be ungodly. For when all is said and done, it’s not what people say that opens the Gates of Heaven to your spirit and soul, but what the King of King says.

However, Job sought the face of God. He cried out to God for an explanation of his suffering, which he knew that he did not deserve. He passed his life and endured these trials with the wisdom that he gained from God, which surpassed all the human wisdom that his friends displayed. This story portrays the fact that true godly wisdom is to reverently love God more than all the gifts we receive from Him and to trust in his goodness even though we cannot always understand his ways. It is worthy to note that God gives us a special grace for every trial if we ask for it. That is why, John Milton could write poetry while he was blind and Beethoven could compose music even though he was living in the silent world of deafness. God’s grace is sufficient for every situation or condition. The apostle Paul wrote in his second letter to the Corinthians that after having pleaded with God three times to take away his “thorn in the flesh”, God told him that His Grace was sufficient for him because this power is made perfect in weakness. (2 Cor 12:8-9). God’s grace produces wisdom in man, in faith and perseverance.

God had promised Abraham that He would make him father of many nations and that He would establish His covenant with Abraham’s descendants, giving them the land of Canaan as an everlasting possession. God also gave Abraham and his wife Sarah a son in their old age and they were happy. Suddenly, God tested Abraham by telling him to take his son Isaac and sacrifice him as a burnt offering to Him. Abraham had promised to be obedient to God and had even consecrated his son to the Lord by circumcision. However, his hopes of becoming the father of a great nation were being dashed, as he was now to kill the son of the covenant. This did not hamper Abraham’s loyalty to God but he obediently took the boy away to be sacrificed. He was confident that God would do something to fulfill His promise to him. When Isaac questioned his father about the animal for the burnt offering, the answer was that God himself would provide it. Abraham endured this ordeal of going up the mountain with his son, building the alter for the sacrifice, arranging the wood for the fire, binding his son and laying him on top of the wood to kill him. It is almost unimaginable that a father could do this to his own son, but Abraham suffered this test, trusting God to do something for him later, as He had done before. God proved Himself to Abraham by providing a ram for the sacrifice and by also renewing His covenant to bless him and multiply his descendants. Abraham persevered as a result of suffering and was rewarded accordingly.

Sometimes, people can so fail you, until you begin to wonder if anything is real in this world. Phantasmagoric illusions begin to swipe violently at you through the mind, and you begin to question everything, from the existence of God, to what makes a human being a human being.

It only takes Faith through perseverance to stand the mental onslaught of elemental devils that daily project thoughts that seek to undermine the effectual power and Authority of God’s Word in a Believer’s life. The more one hangs in there, without shaking, giving in, giving up or out to the devil, Faith will without doubt, superimpose the Miracle of God in honour of our perseverance and patience.

Perseverance is a development, which shapes a Christian believer’s character around his commitment to Christ. It indicates the assurance given to those who follow Christ, reminding them that God’s power will keep them as Christians until they die and that they will surely live with Christ in heaven forever. It involves persistence and steadfastness in prayer, with faith-filled declarations towards release and ultimate victory. The apostle Paul wrote in his second letter to the Corinthians that after having pleaded with God three times to take away his “thorn in the flesh”, God told him that His Grace was sufficient for him because this power is made perfect in weakness. (2 Cor 12:8-9). God’s grace produces wisdom in man, in faith and perseverance.

God uses trials or tests to strengthen our faith in Him.The result of trials in our lives will be the ability to persevere to the end, hoping for our reward in heaven. This ability is a virtue that only trials and suffering will produce. It also yields a stable character and a firm showing of our faith. The story of Abraham in Genesis 22 is an example of a man developing perseverance from his test.

God had promised Abraham that He would make him father of many nations and that He would establish His covenant with Abraham’s descendants, giving them the land of Canaan as an everlasting possession. God also gave Abraham and his wife Sarah a son in their old age and they were happy. Suddenly, God tested Abraham by telling him to take his son Isaac and sacrifice him as a burnt offering to Him. Abraham had promised to be obedient to God and had even consecrated his son to the Lord by circumcision. However, his hopes of becoming the father of a great nation were being dashed, as he was now to kill the son of the covenant. This did not hamper Abraham’s loyalty to God but he obediently took the boy away to be sacrificed. He was confident that God would do something to fulfill His promise to him. When Isaac questioned his father about the animal for the burnt offering, the answer was that God himself would provide it. Abraham endured this ordeal of going up the mountain with his son, building the alter for the sacrifice, arranging the wood for the fire, binding his son and laying him on top of the wood to kill him. It is almost unimaginable that a father could do this to his own son, but Abraham suffered this test, trusting God to do something for him later, as He had done before. God proved Himself to Abraham by providing a ram for the sacrifice and by also renewing His covenant to bless him and multiply his descendants. Abraham persevered as a result of suffering and was rewarded accordingly.

Sometimes, people can so fail you, until you begin to wonder if anything is real in this world. Phantasmagorical illusions begin to swipe violently at you through the mind, and you begin to question everything, from the existence of God, to what makes a human being a human being.

It only takes Faith through perseverance to stand the mental onslaught of elemental devils that daily project thoughts that seek to undermine the effectual power and Authority of God’s Word in a Believer’s life. The more one hangs in there, without shaking, giving in, giving up or out to the devil, Faith will without doubt, superimpose the Miracle of God in honour of our perseverance and patience.

Perseverance is a development, which shapes a Christian believer’s character around his commitment to Christ. It indicates the assurance given to those who follow Christ, reminding them that God’s power will keep them as Christians until they die and that they will surely live with Christ in heaven forever. It involves persistence and steadfastness in prayer, with faith-filled declarations towards release and ultimate victory.

We the church are the light of the world, so the love that flows from God into us, should flow out of us, and be more evident and reflective among us. “Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples.” (John 13:35).

How can we say that we love God without having the love of the Lord for our sisters and brothers? It can’t happen any other way. When we love others, it’s also a sign of worship to the Lord. As our love for the Lord continues to develop and grow inside of our hearts, minds, spirits, and souls, we can’t help but love one another, more especially them are of the Household of Faith.

As a Prayer Leader and Preacher, after leading God’s people into His presence, or before beginning to preach, I would often remind the people of God, “Now with that same love that you have, turn and show someone else that you love them.” Jesus, the True Vine tells us, “I command you to love each other in the same way that I love you.” (John 15:12).

1 Corinthians Chapter 13 is what we call the love chapter. It tells us that we can have every gift and tremendous talent there is, but if we don’t have love one for another, they wouldn’t mean a thing to God, because he calls His people to love each other.

The gift of speaking in tongues would sound like brass used for making a loud sound or like clashing cymbals, just a bunch of noise! We can have the gift of prophecy and know everything about everything and the gift of faith where we could speak to a mountain and tell it, “Get out of my way!” but we have no love, we wouldn’t be of any good or help to anybody. We would be absolutely nothing.

This chapter of the word of God is one that we can read over and over and over and then apply it to our lives over and over and over . . . the greatest of all is love.

To love others also means to forgive others. If you love someone, you should be able to forgive them also. That’s the kind of love that God has for us. When we say we love God and others, we’re also saying that we need one another too.
